You can apply for our program as the general admission requirements only include a bachelor's degree and English proficiency.

Whether your master's degree would be a condition to get the offer depends on the Admission Committee's final decision. If it is not required, you can get the firm offer. If it is required, you need to get the Master's certificate first, which means you may have to apply for the defer of admission as normally students will register in late August every year.

You are advised to submit the application first and raise the question if you are invited to the interview. The solution will become clear after the Committee makes the decision.
